Location : Moraiya, Ahmedabad - Transportation provided from Ahmedabad routes Designation : Officer /Sr. Officer Department : Finished Goods warehouse Education Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma Experience Required: 2 to 7 years Job Purpose: Responsible for managing the storage and dispatch of finished pharmaceutical goods in compliance with cGMP and GDP guidelines. The role involves ensuring proper documentation, inventory control, timely dispatch, and coordination with QA, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of finished goods as per SOPs and GMP/GDP guidelines. Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic stock audits (physical verification vs. system stock). Coordinate with the QA department for release of finished goods prior to dispatch. Oversee batch-wise segregation and traceability of finished goods. Plan and schedule dispatches based on market demand and sales order priorities. Liaise with transporters, logistics partners, and internal teams for timely dispatches. Ensure temperature-controlled storage and dispatch where applicable (cold chain products). Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, COAs, packing lists, etc. Handle customer complaints or returns in coordination with QA and Sales teams. Comply with regulatory norms for export and domestic dispatches. Ensure proper labeling, packing, and palletization as per regulatory and client-specific requirements. Manage manpower at the dispatch area and monitor adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
