Company Description GRIT is the design home for Vilas Javdekar Developers. It is an interdisciplinary practice based in India, working at the intersection of architecture, landscape architecture, and environmental psychology. We apply research from environmental psychology to create projects that promote positive human behaviors and healthy people-place interactions. Our ethos is grounded in concepts of environmental sustainability and human wellness. Participatory methodologies involving varied user groups, including children and adults, are central to our design and planning processes. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Architect located in Pune. The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion, managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with design and safety standards. The role involves working closely with the design team abd coordinating with consultants. The Senior Project Architect will also manage project schedules, and ensure alignment with site. Qualifications Experience in Architecture and managing project submittals Proficient in Project Management and overseeing project timelines and budgets Strong leadership and team coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Professional license in Architecture is preferred
