*Sales & Marketing Lead – Premium & Luxury Car BusinessGrime & Grease Garage (Bengaluru)** Role OverviewA driven, customer-focused Sales & Marketing professional responsible for building and scaling the premium and luxury car segment at Grime & Grease Garage. This role combines on-ground relationship building, digital marketing execution, and strategic partnerships to position GG as the go-to destination for Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, JLR, Porsche, and high-end SUVs. Key Responsibilities1. Customer Acquisition & Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain relationships with luxury car owners, enthusiasts, and local automotive communities. Drive lead generation through cold outreach, referrals, WhatsApp networks, and targeted neighbourhood campaigns. Create a personalised service experience for high-value clients—scheduled service reminders, follow-ups, and VIP treatment. 2. Partnerships & AlliancesDevelop tie-ups with: Used-car dealerships (Spinny, Cars24, Luxury used-car boutiques) Detailing studios, tyre shops, and accessory stores Corporate offices with premium car owners Apartment complexes with high-income residents Establish long-term fleet/AMC relationships with companies running premium cars. 3. Digital & Offline MarketingManage and grow GG’s presence on Instagram, Google My Business, and luxury-car WhatsApp groups. Create high-quality content: before/after repairs, customer testimonials, niche repair videos (DPF, mechatronics, turbo, suspension). Run targeted ad campaigns for premium car owners in Koramangala, HSR, Indiranagar, Bellandur, and surrounding areas. 4. Brand BuildingDevelop the “premium care” story: quality, transparency, technical expertise, and trust. Ensure reputation management—collect reviews, respond to feedback, promote customer stories. Work with the founder/garage team to ensure high-end clients get a consistent premium experience. 5. Sales Targets & ReportingConvert walk-ins and enquiries into paying customers. Track metrics such as: Monthly premium car count Average ticket size Repeat customer rate Revenue from Audi/BMW/Merc/Volvo/JLR Prepare weekly reports and action plans to scale premium car volume. SkillsExcellent communication in English, Hindi & Kannada. Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of basic car maintenance and premium-car pain points. Comfort with social media, reels, ads, and CRM tools. Ability to work closely with technicians to translate technical work into customer-friendly updates. Key Responsibilities1. Administration Manage customer check-ins/check-outs and maintain service records. Maintain daily job card logs and ensure timely updates from technicians. Track vehicle movement — incoming, in-progress, completed, delivered. Coordinate with vendors for parts availability, delivery, and invoices. Maintain office inventory (stationery, consumables, billing materials). Manage bookings and appointment schedules. 2. Accounts & Billing Generate invoices (GST/Non-GST as applicable). Record payments (cash/UPI/bank transfers). Track pending customer payments and send reminders professionally. Reconcile vendor payments and maintain outstanding vendor list. Maintain daily cash book and update expense sheets. Assist in monthly P&L preparation with your CA or accountant. File and organise all bills, receipts, vendor invoices, and part purchase records. 3. Data Entry & Record KeepingEnter job card details into the system (date, car model, work done, parts used). Maintain digital records of all customer invoices and work history. Update Excel/Google Sheets for: Daily sales Daily expenses Vendor dues Customer dues Inventory consumed Maintain a logbook of reworks, warranties, and customer complaints. 4. Communication & CoordinationCommunicate with customers for: Estimate approvals Payment follow-ups Delivery updates Coordinate with mechanics for job status updates. Support management with daily reports. Required SkillsBasic knowledge of accounts (debits/credits, GST invoice basics). Strong in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP basics, data entry speed).
