Conduct problem diagnostics and root cause analysis (RCA) for Lithium-ion battery packs (NMC and LFP chemistries). Perform battery performance evaluations through voltage, current, temperature, and IR data analysis. Analyze BMS logs and parameters such as OVP (Over Voltage Protection), OCC (Over Current Charge), OTP (Over Temperature Protection), UVP, and cell balancing behavior. Willing to investigate the battery and EVs issues, coordinate with service teams and R&D for corrective actions. Evaluate pack-level behaviour, module-level failures, and sensor faults using CAN-based data. Work closely with R&D teams to recommend engineering changes or calibration improvements in BMS or firmware. Prepare service books and reports on findings, RCA outcomes, and preventive recommendations. Willing to travel within a 100 KM radius from the base location for on-site analysis. ------- Good Understanding of battery chemistry (NMC/LFP), BMS architecture, and protection logics. Worked on CAN communication, data logging tools, and BMS parameter analysis. Ability to understand the problem history, and sensor behaviour during different conditions. ----- Diploma/BE Candidates Will be considered first,The candidate must have worked before in the field.
