You are an EV Expert with experience in 400V BMS, Charging Systems, and Battery Pack for locations in Chennai, Bangalore, and Pune. BMS Architecture and System Design (7 to 10 years experience): - Understanding and application of BMS Software - Integration of BMS in Battery Pack & ePWT System - Development of BMS Algorithms and Functional Validation - Validation of BMS on HIL System - Hands-on experience in functional validation and testing of 400V BMS - Experience in Electric Vehicle BMS applications and relevant automotive standards - Proven experience in BMS validation using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation 2. EV Battery Charging System (7 to 12 years experience): - Design and development of overall EV charging system architecture - Understanding of Charging Standards and communication protocols - Integration of the OBC within the vehicle considering mechanical, electrical, and thermal aspects - Development and implementation of control algorithms for the charging process - Optimization of charging profiles for battery health, charging time, and grid stability - Implementation of safety features and fault detection mechanisms - Execution of comprehensive validation plans for Battery Pack, OBC, and integrated charging system - Functional, performance, and reliability testing under various operating conditions 3. EV Battery Pack Engineer (9 to 12 years experience): - Testing and validating EV charging systems and OBCs - Knowledge of automotive and safety standards for high-voltage systems - Familiarity with LFP, NMC based battery packs for EV Powertrain - Understanding of Battery pack Electrical and mechanical design requirements - Integration, testing, and validation of EV Battery pack - Preparation of High Voltage Battery pack electrical specifications and system specifications If you have the required experience and knowledge, the BlueBinaries HR Team looks forward to receiving your profile.,
