You will be joining InxiteOut Pvt. Ltd., a company specializing in developing cutting-edge AI-powered applications that address real-world business challenges. As a Senior Specialist in the FSD QA department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness, security, and alignment with user expectations of our AI systems. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Python. - Configuring and testing AI/ML products/systems. - Leading the quality assurance strategy and establishing automation frameworks from the ground up. - Mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers in test automation and AI system validation. - Conducting functional and non-functional testing across intricate distributed systems. - Overseeing various types of testing such as API, integration, acceptance, system, and end-to-end testing. - Leading test planning, test case design, and execution for web, API, and AI-based systems. - Creating and managing regression test suites to ensure comprehensive coverage. - Collaborating with Full Stack Developers, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to define test strategies for LLM-based features. - Conducting testing of AI-specific behaviors, including hallucination and factual accuracy, consistency in prompt-response pairs, and retrieval-augmented generation flows. - Collaborating with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers in Agile teams. Key Skills Required: - Extensive experience in Functional Testing, particularly Advanced REST API Testing, Integration, Acceptance, E2E, Smoke, Sanity, and System Testing. - Strong foundation in Non-Functional Testing, including Performance and Load Testing, Stress, and Security Testing. - Proficiency in Testing Methods like Black-box, White-box, Grey-box Testing, and ownership of Regression Testing lifecycle. - Expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG. - Proficient scripting/coding skills in Python (preferred), Java, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes. Desired Skills (AI Testing Focus): - Exposure to testing AI/ML products/systems. - Experience in integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc. - Hands-on experience with AI testing tools or custom frameworks. - Familiarity with evaluating LLM outputs and validating RAG-based architecture. - Understanding of hallucination detection metrics and prompt tuning. - Exposure to safety audits for AI applications. - Collaboration experience with Full Stack, Data Science, Data Engineering & DevOps teams. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Certifications in testing or security are a plus (e.g., ISTQB, OWASP).,
