Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments, are processed smoothly. Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed. Problem Solving: Identify potential issues that may arise during the closing process and proactively work to resolve them in a timely manner.
