Company Description GreenTech Ventures, a part of GreenTech Foundation Bangladesh, is dedicated to sourcing and supporting promising climate tech innovators in Bangladesh. Our mission is to accelerate innovations that have significant climate impacts and potential for local adoption. We offer a hands-on, three-phase, six-month program to help entrepreneurs overcome commercialization barriers. Our extensive investor network includes entities seeking investments in early-stage and middle-market companies, especially in the Agribusiness and Renewable Energy sectors. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fermentation Operator located in Deoria. The Fermentation Operator will be responsible for managing daily fermentation processes, monitoring and adjusting environmental parameters, ensuring product quality, and maintaining equipment. The role involves performing routine checks, recording operational data, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Qualifications Experience in managing fermentation processes and knowledge of fermentation technology Ability to monitor and maintain optimal environmental parameters Skills in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain detailed records Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in a fermentation environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience working in the Agribusiness or Renewable Energy industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred
