Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive – Poultry & LivestockJob Type: Full-time (Work from Office only) Gender: Only Female Job Description (Points-wise):Make outbound calls to potential customers in the poultry, livestock, and farming sector to promote our products and services. Generate leads, explain product details (feed, equipment, medicines, etc.), and convert inquiries into sales. Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat orders and long-term relationships. Maintain a daily sales call log and report progress to the sales manager. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals. Provide accurate information to customers, handle objections, and close deals effectively. Maintain an up-to-date customer database for business development activities. Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Focus on business growth in poultry/livestock sector customers only. Strictly work from office role (no work-from-home option). Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/telesales, preferably in poultry, livestock, or agriculture-related industry. Strong communication and convincing skills in local languages (Telugu/Hindi/English preferred). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales & target deadlines. Good knowledge of poultry/livestock products will be an advantage.
