Position Overview We are hiring a Project Documentation & Liaison Executive to manage the full documentation and approval cycle for our ongoing solar and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident coordinating with engineers, consultants, and government officials. Key Responsibilities Prepare, organize, and track all project documentation, drawings, and approvals . Coordinate with design, billing, and site teams for timely submission of reports, DPRs, and invoices . Handle liaisoning with departments (Mahagenco, MSEDCL, PMC, Arbtus, etc.) for approvals and signatures. Ensure physical submission and collection of documents, letters, and drawings from government offices or clients. Maintain digital and physical filing systems for BOQ, DPR, billing, and approval records . Support management with official correspondence, reports, and project summaries. Required Skills Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF editing, and document tracking. Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings preferred. Willingness to travel for departmental coordination or site visits. Qualification & Experience Graduate in Engineering / Architecture / Commerce / Management . 1 – 3 years of experience in project documentation, liaison, or EPC coordination.
