Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Manager to oversee the operations of all our retail outlets. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing store managers and their teams, and implementing effective training programs for managers and new employees. This role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and hands-on operational management. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the performance of multiple retail outlets within the cluster. Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/annual targets across stores. Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer issues effectively. Lead, mentor, and monitor store managers and their teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Conduct regular store visits to review performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement training programs for store managers and new joiners to enhance skills and knowledge. Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and provide actionable strategies for improvement. Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines across all outlets. Collaborate with management to design and implement business strategies to improve profitability. Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and overall store upkeep. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 6 of experience in retail operations with at least 4 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Strong analytical and numerical skills for sales and performance tracking. Willingness to travel frequently to various outlets.
