Job Description: We are looking for a Civil Diploma Holder with at least 3 year of hands-on experience in site execution and construction projects. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, intelligent, proactive, and a smart team player who is ready to contribute to a dynamic and growing company. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute construction activities at the site as per project plans and specifications Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure timely and quality execution Maintain site records, prepare daily reports, and ensure material management Monitor safety standards and ensure site compliance Provide updates to project managers and assist in resolving on-site issues Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 1 year of site work experience in residential or commercial projects Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and material specifications Willingness to work extended hours or overtime as required Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and within a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a committed and professional team Growth potential in a fast-developing company Supportive work environment with learning opportunities
