If you find this a big problem, a commitment to make a difference, come join us in the fight for climate change" Business Development Manager-Carbon Capture (1) Qualifications- Bachelor's degree Science/ Engineering MBA (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Strong understanding of climate change and environmental sustainability. Experience- 1-3 years' prior industry related business development experience (preferred) Responsibilities- Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and market trends in the carbon capture industry. Business Strategy: Developing and implementing strategic plans to promote our carbon capture solutions and services, aligning with the company's overall objectives. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also actively seeking out new clients and business opportunities. Partnership Development: Identifying and establishing partnerships with relevant stakeholders such as technology providers, government agencies, research institutions, and other organizations involved in carbon capture initiatives. Proposal Development: Collaborating with technical teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. Negotiation: Negotiating terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both parties' objectives. Regulatory Compliance: Staying informed about relevant regulations and policies related to carbon capture and ensuring that the company's activities comply with all applicable laws and standards. Market Expansion: Identifying opportunities for expanding the company's footprint in new geographic regions or industry sectors. Reporting and Analysis: Tracking and analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide regular reports and insights to senior management. Remuneration- 6 lpa/50 k in-hand +ESOP (post 6 months) Location -Kanpur HO Timing- 8 hrs/5.5 days Leaves- 40 per year Joining- Immediate (15 days)
