The Facility Coordinator role in the semiconductor industry, based in Sanand, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) requires an experienced professional with 3+ years of experience. As an on-site employee, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment for both employees and visitors. Your primary duties will include managing the daily operations of the facility, coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance, and keeping records of all maintenance activities. You will be expected to research, design, and implement new systems hardware, software, and services to improve facility operations. It will be crucial to document and maintain procedures related to Facilities systems. Additionally, you will oversee the smooth functioning of transport services, canteen services, and janitorial services. This includes monitoring landscape activities, ensuring cleanliness and a hassle-free environment in the canteen, maintaining canteen timings, tracking daily headcount, coordinating with canteen supervisors for feedback and improvements, managing employee transportation schedules, and maintaining cleaning standards both inside and outside the site. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in mail drafting, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and employees. Knowledge of SAP & Ariba PR creation, MS Office operations, and experience in managing VIP events and greenfield projects will be advantageous. You should also be capable of creating shift schedules, maintaining data, and ensuring the cleanliness of 10k & 100K cleanrooms. Pantry and office maintenance will also fall under your responsibilities.
