Position: Business Development Executive Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of sales experience Languages: Proficient in English, Tamil is Must. Work Location: Office-based position in, Chennai Qualification: Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an added advantage Passion for Sales: Essential Joining: Immediate Job Role: Identify and qualify new business opportunities via inbound and outbound channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, etc.) Pitch Messaging Solutions such as WhatsApp API, RCS, SMS, Voice to prospective clients across industries Conduct product demos and solution walkthroughs tailored to client use cases Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools and follow-up sequences Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for campaign inputs and onboarding support Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Maintain key relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and continuous value delivery ! Act as the primary point of contact for account-related queries and issue resolution for active clients ! Monitor account health and proactively suggest improvements to help clients scale usage ! Collaborate with the marketing and support teams for campaign inputs and onboarding support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing / MBA is an added advantage 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / SaaS / CPaaS / Telecom preferred/ Freshers can also apply Strong understanding of WhatsApp API, RCS, and digital marketing solutions is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of hitting sales targets Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Kylas.
