If you’re a recent grad or have < 1 year in the field and want real product experience, this is your playground. What you’ll do Shadow & Support – sit next to our senior UX folks, help polish wireframes, tidy components, and prep design files for hand‑off. Build in Figma – create simple flows, tweak spacing, update colours (hello #1b7660), and keep the design system organised. Quick UI clean‑ups – jump on small fixes: icon swaps, copy alignment, dark‑mode tweaks—stuff that makes users smile. Gather feedback – join design reviews, note the action items, push the next round. User testing help – set up prototypes, watch sessions, clip highlights, and share insights with the team. You’re a fit if you... Have 0‑12 months of UX/UI experience or a solid portfolio of school/personal projects. Know Figma basics: frames, autolayout, components. Understand core UX principles (hierarchy, accessibility, responsive grids). Love learning from seniors and aren’t afraid to ask “why?”. Can juggle a few tasks without dropping quality. Bonus points Played with motion tools (Lottie, Framer Motion). Basic HTML/CSS so you can speak dev. Interest in SaaS dashboards or messaging tech.
