SGS India is actively looking for Project Architect with Min 8 Yrs relevant experience, Key Responsibilities: Experience in Designing, planning and scheduling of public building projects Scheduling and monitoring of multiple tasks to meet timelines & aesthetic of buildings. Ability to work autonomously and as part of team. Excellent verbal, Coordination, and written communication skills. Reaching and understanding Shop drawings, preliminary & definitive drawings, GFC drawings etc Prepare - Maintain the various trackers for design basis reports & drawings for the architectural submission from contractor agencies. Identify project Architectural specific risks & report with mitigation plan/ measures. Sustainability: Green Reporting IGBC - Co-ordination (when required). Create variance reports at various stages of the project to analyse deviations in architectural drawings submission from contractor. Prepare required presentations for project progress & review meetings with client & contractors on architectural concepts of buildings in project. Ensure optimal utilization of all standard tools and processes. Perform regular analysis of submissions from contractor Coordination with client and Execution team. See and execute the work execution as per Aesthetic & architectural point of view. Suggest & workout the architectural & finishes details. Excellent coordination with Structural Engineer, execution engineers, MEP & HVAC staff of project stockholder for effective job execution.
