Job description We at GREENMINT FINSERVE are on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Business Development Associate to drive our growth efforts. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with clients and identifying new clients opportunities that support sustainable, long-term growth. Job Responsibilities: Research the market to identify new business opportunities that align with company goals. Build meaningful, long-term relationships with the clients. Partner with internal teams to tailor strategies that meet market and client needs. Present growth strategies and action plans to senior leadership. Track and review business performance regularly, making adjustments to stay on course. Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve. Requirements: Must hold a Bachelor's degree. Must have at least 1 year of experience working in the Wealth Management and Mutual Funds Sector and the Insurance Sector knowledge will be a Plus point. Should be comfortable to go and meet the clients. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
