Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of inverter specifications, features, pricing, and applications (including solar-compatible models). Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and digital platforms. Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate inverter products (and batteries, if applicable) to potential customers. Client Acquisition: Convert prospects into customers by understanding their power backup needs and recommending suitable inverter solutions. Outstanding Payment Tracking: Monitor and maintain records of customer accounts with pending or overdue payments.
