Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden located in Mirik. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, maintaining discipline, and addressing any concerns that arise. Daily tasks include monitoring the cleanliness and orderliness of the hostel, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with school policies. The warden will work closely with school staff to facilitate a nurturing environment for student growth and development. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organizational and record-keeping skills Understanding of adolescent psychology and ability to build rapport with students Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field is preferred
