We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee the Portfolio Management Services operations team. This role involves supervising daily operational activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving process efficiency, and managing client and distributor servicing at a managerial level. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PMS/AIF frameworks and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing operations team. Job Title: Operations Manager – Portfolio Management Services Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3-5 Years Responsibilities 1. Team Supervision & Process Oversight: o Supervise and mentor a team of operations executives o Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process for RI, NRI, and Non-Individual accounts o Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory timelines 2. Transaction & Reconciliation Management: o Monitor fund and stock movements and ensure accurate reconciliation o Liaise with custodians and fund accountants, and brokers for smooth execution and reporting 3. Fee & Charge Governance: o Review and approve management and performance fee calculations o Ensure correct application of charges and compliance with client agreements 4. Regulatory Compliance: o Take ownership of SEBI and regulatory compliance processes related to PMS/AIF o Review regulatory reports, disclosures, and internal audits 5. Financial Reporting: o Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and fund performance reports o Oversee preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and trial balances in line with SEBI and ICAI standards o Ensure timely closure of books on a monthly and quarterly basis 3.
