Role Description As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a proactive and energetic Retail Sales Representative – Field Sales to join our team and support our sales efforts. This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. Your role will be to go shop-to-shop, build relationships, pitch our products, and close sales across retail, hospitality, and other local businesses. Additional daily tasks include assisting with sales presentations, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process. Key Responsibilities · Visit retail stores, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and other potential clients daily to promote and sell our paper packaging products · Educate prospects on the value of customized and eco-friendly paper bags · Identify new sales opportunities and onboard new customers · Maintain good relationships with clients and provide after-sales support · Track sales targets and submit daily reports to the manager · Collect customer feedback to help improve product offerings · Record customer information, inquiries, and sales activity accurately · Assist with order coordination and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with the production team · Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth Qualifications · 1–2 years of proven field sales or retail sales experience (FMCG or packaging sales is a plus) · Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license · Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills · Self-motivated and target-driven · Willing to travel extensively within the city · Basic knowledge of digital tools like WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM apps is a bonus · Language: Fluent in Telugu and Hindi; basic English preferred · Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th pass); Degree/Diploma preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary Attractive sales commission on every successful deal Travel allowance Career growth opportunities Friendly and supportive work culture
