Role & responsibilities Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period. Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. Minimum 3-5 years of interior site supervisory or managerial role experience. Ability to consult with Architects, Interior designers, engineers and Builders regarding project completion. Manage and oversee interior design projects from start to finish. Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Prepare project reports and update clients on project progress. Preferred candidate profile i. BE or Diploma in Civil with 4-9 Years of Experience in Interior Fit outs and should have project execution in residential or Commercial ii. Team management and managing large number of projects parallelly (small to medium scale) to ensure smooth execution, timely completion, quality deliverables and client satisfaction. iii. Excellent portfolio of previous works. iv. Artistic ability, vision and creativity. v. Projects and time management skills. vi. Communication and time management skills vii. Acting as an interface between the client, contractors and consultants to resolve all project issues and arrive at optimal solutions. viii. Accomplishing site visits PAN KERALA for different projects and preparing relevant documentation including site visit reports ix. Organizing weekly review meetings of the in-house project team and sorting out all collaboration issues. x. Maintaining the quality of all the documents with the required level of detailing at each stage.
