You will also lead technical aspects of assigned projects, manage customer interactions, and work closely with technical experts from different Product Integrity regions. To excel in this position, you are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in various technical domains such as rotating equipment design, controls design, compressor testing, and service-related activities. Proficiency in leading Root Cause Analyses, familiarity with methodologies like Fault Tree Analysis and Kepner Tregoe, and a strong command of English to articulate technical information to diverse audiences are essential. Your proven track record in resolving technical challenges within a large organization and your willingness to travel internationally, particularly in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry, will be valuable assets in this role.
