About Green Growth Capital: Green Growth Capital is a next-generation digital platform for buying and selling farmlands in India. We combine technology, transparency, and on-ground expertise to simplify agriculture real estate transactions for both investors and farmers. Job Summary: We are hiring Surveyors with expertise in agricultural and real estate land mapping. The role involves field surveys, physical land assessments, documentation, GPS marking, and supporting land validation for transactions made via our platform. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field surveys and land measurements using GPS/GIS tools and total station equipment. Record physical boundaries, layouts, and area calculations of farmland or plots. Validate land ownership details with supporting documentation (pattadar passbooks, ECs, FMB, etc.). Collaborate with legal and sales teams for end-to-end land verification and acquisition. Assist with preparing site maps, survey reports, and layout designs. Coordinate with farmers, local authorities, and clients during land evaluations. Capture geotagged images and upload findings on the digital platform. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of each survey activity. Skills & Preferences: Hands-on experience with land survey equipment: GPS, Total Station, Theodolite, etc. Knowledge of agriculture land use patterns, soil types, and local geography in Telangana/AP. Ability to read and interpret revenue maps, FMB sketches, and pahani records. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate reporting. Working knowledge of local land laws, zoning, and regulatory norms. Basic tech skills: Smartphone handling, Google Maps, survey apps. Telugu speaking is mandatory; Hindi/English is an advantage. Two-wheeler and willingness to travel to rural field locations are required. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Geomatics. 1–5 years of field experience in agriculture/real estate surveying. Prior experience in government or private survey agencies is a plus.
