Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson, located in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for listing properties, conducting property tours, engaging with clients, negotiating sales, and providing excellent customer service. Our Salesperson will also be tasked with tracking market trends to provide valuable insights for clients, and coordinating property transactions to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property and Real Estate markets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Proven track record in property sales is a plus Experience in Sales, with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding targets Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
