Role & responsibilities 1. Track EMS Audit due dates and ensure attending superintendents and auditors are informed to conduct EMS audit in addition to VIR and Internal Audits. 2. Maintain EMS Audit Records Folder and audit record with Audit Report, NC and OBS preparation and follow up on closure. 3. Arrange to connect EMS seals, EMS log books, Oil record books for the fleet as and when required including new vessels being taken over in the fleet. 4. Maintain inventory of Flag State Log Books (MI / Panama / MPA / MCA) and replenish stock as required. 5.
