Revenue & Performance Management: Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management. Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve sales performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Help collections team to reduce the delinquency. Market Expansion: Explore and establish partnerships to expand market presence within the state. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or fintech industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Role & responsibilities : The Legal Coordinator is responsible for supporting legal proceedings related to default and delinquent loan accounts, initiating legal notices, maintaining up-to-date case records, and ensuring compliance through systematic MIS reporting. This role serves as a bridge between the Collections team and external legal partners (law firms/advocates), ensuring timely and effective execution of legal actions. The Legal Coordinator also represents the NBFC in court proceedings where required and provides actionable insights through legal data analytics. Coordinate and track the issuance of legal notices, demand notices, arbitration notices, and Section 138/25 notices in consultation with advocates. Assist in planning and executing legal strategies for high-risk or chronic default accounts. Liaise with internal collections and legal teams to identify cases for legal escalation. Serve as a point of contact for empanelled advocates regarding case filings, hearing dates, and documentation requirements. Ensure timely handover of case files and loan documents to advocates. Schedule meetings and regular follow-ups with advocates on pending and ongoing litigation. Attend court hearings as an NBFC representative where applicable (e.g., Lok Adalat, Arbitration, Civil/Criminal Courts). Follow up on hearing outcomes and update internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate and updated trackers for all legal notices, case statuses, court hearing schedules, and recoveries made via legal routes. Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports based on various parameters. Ensure legal processes comply with RBI/NBFC guidelines and local laws. Maintain organized and auditable legal documentation and case files. Assist in audit queries and regulatory reporting requirements. Work closely with Collections Managers, Branch Legal Officers, and Recovery Officers to keep them informed about legal progress. Collaborate with customer service or operations teams for resolution of disputes or settlements. Contribute to developing SOPs for legal escalation and MIS handling. Identify gaps in the legal coordination process and suggest improvements. Support automation of legal tracking and reporting tools. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (LLB preferred but not mandatory). 25 years of relevant experience in legal operations or MIS in NBFC/BFSI. Good knowledge of legal notice processes (Arbitration, NI Act, etc.). Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools. Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Ability to handle multiple cases and stakeholders simultaneously. Language known- English and Hindi. Willing to Travel based on requirements.
