Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and financial targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design promotional activities and campaigns. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives. Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team performance. Dealer & Partner Management: Onboard new potential Dealers across the locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and financing partners. Ensure the availability of electric two-wheelers financing options across the dealer network. Address and resolve partner concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Revenue & Performance Management: Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management. Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve sales performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Help collections team to reduce the delinquency. Market Expansion: Explore and establish partnerships to expand market presence within the state. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or fintech industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
