Company Description Since 1985, Great Galleon Ventures Limited has consistently delivered high-quality products, including ENA, Rectified Spirit, Country Liquor, and Indian Made Foreign Liquor, to its clients and consumers. As Central India's largest distillery by volume, we supply ENA to industry leaders such as Pernod Ricard and Diageo, as well as Indian companies like Amrut Distilleries. From our Mysore brewery, we contract manufacture for B9 Beverages (Bira 91) with an annual capacity of 800,000 HI. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Evaporation Operator, located in Dhar. The Evaporation Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring evaporation equipment, ensuring the efficient and safe evaporation process of various liquids. Daily tasks include setting up and calibrating machinery, monitoring temperatures and pressure, recording data, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. Qualifications Experience in operating and monitoring evaporation equipment Technical knowledge of evaporation processes and machinery Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety regulations Excellent record-keeping and data management skills Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Relevant technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred Previous experience in the distillation or brewing industry is a plus
