Job description Role & responsibilities Teaching students or professionals the know how to crack the English Proficiency test like IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ GRE / OET by using the English language effectively to communicate in the real-world situations. Plan and deliver a variety of lectures and tutorials which focus on the four key skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking. Training them to focus and acquire their respective scores by providing constant feedback to the students to enhance their English. Understand all areas of the course syllabus provided and self-updating on the latest exam trends. Ability to communicate effectively with students of all age groups. Making teaching plans for these Programs to be delivered to the students and managing the class effectively. Having a thorough knowledge of various teaching methods both online and offline. Prepare examination papers, and exercises for mock test. Checking notebooks, assignments and Conduct extra troubleshooting sessions for students to participate. Maintaining a track record of students performance and attendance. Open minded towards new challenges, flexible, a positive attitude, and the desire to help change futures. Able to work effectively as part of a team and cross-functionally in order to ensure course growth and success. Professional in attitude and appearance, dynamic with a passion for teaching and a commitment to real English education.
