To excel in this role, you should possess experience in hotel sales or a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) profile. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and building lasting relationships. Your ability to proactively establish and maintain customer connections, along with being self-motivated and target-driven, will be critical for success in this position. As a Relationship Executive, you will leverage your excellent presentation and negotiation abilities to showcase the value of club memberships to potential customers. Proficiency in MS Office tools is necessary to effectively manage customer data and sales documentation. Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hotel Management is preferred for this role.
