This Position reports to: IS Department Manager for Compliance and Risk Advisory Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to establish and maintain operational methods, service compliance, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for planning, design, implementation and continuous improvement within governance, compliance, assurance, and/or risk. You will also showcase your expertise by guiding, advising, or supporting in all operational aspects, including document management and systems and procedures analysis. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Monitoring the implementation, communication, and execution of governance, compliance and risk frameworks and methodologies. Providing timely, accurate, and complete support for risk and compliance testing in your area of responsibility for regular assessment and confirmation of the performance of controls. Coordinating the assessment of risks to the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of systems that support critical business processes. Monitoring the accuracy of the risk and compliance control description and confirming the performance through identifying and communicating changes to the process that impact the operations or design of the control. Security Engineer Level 3 Role & responsibilities : Design, deploy, manage, and improve critical security infrastructure services/tools, including those for authentication and authorization, PKI, secrets management, logging, detection, vulnerability management, and more. Develop and enhance our GRC platform, ensuring it meets evolving security needs. Maintain robust system connectivity by ensuring comprehensive logging, monitoring/auditing, and management of security events for clear visibility. Oversee workflow management to streamline and enhance security processes, ensuring efficient and effective handling of security operations and incident response. Collaborate with both internal and external partners on all platform designs. Role: GRC Platform Engineer Work from Home Shift timing : 8.30 pm 5 am IST Job Summary : Were looking for a “ GRC Platform Engineer ” with a tech-first mindset that can help grow and enhance Cybersecurity and Privacy Organization. As an Engineer supporting our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our GRC infrastructure. Your technical expertise will ensure the efficiency and seamless operation of our GRC systems. Key Responsibilities Support and enhance GRC platforms such as Onspring, Archer, or similar systems. Build and maintain workflows to streamline governance and risk processes. Ensure GRC systems are auditable, well-documented, and aligned with compliance frameworks. Collaborate cross-functionally to align GRC tools with business and cybersecurity objectives. Implement and manage automation for repetitive GRC tasks where applicable (low-code/no-code tools preferred). Ensure platform visibility by enabling robust logging and monitoring. Maintain documentation, diagrams, and best practices for platform configurations and security workflows. Participate in Agile/Kanban sprints and contribute to planning and retrospectives. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5–7 years of experience in security, IT governance, or compliance engineering roles. Proven experience managing or administering GRC platforms like Archer, Onspring, or similar. Strong understanding of security governance, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, PCI-DSS). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Ability to work independently with stakeholders across InfoSec, legal, IT, and operations teams. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are a plus. Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus but not required .
