Role Purpose As a Cyber Security Architect at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in designing the organization's computer and network security infrastructure to protect its systems and sensitive information from cyber threats. Responsibilities You will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise cyber security strategy and architecture by: - Evaluating business strategies and conducting system security vulnerability and risk analyses to understand security requirements - Identifying risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs, and technology projects - Communicating current and emerging security threats and designing security architecture elements to mitigate threats - Recommending changes or enhancements to existing and proposed architectures - Providing product best fit analysis covering different aspects of architecture such as Layered security, Zoning, Integration aspects, API, Endpoint security, Data security, Compliance, and regulations - Conducting security assessments against NIST Frameworks, SANS, CIS, etc. - Supporting technical deployment, configuration, integration, and administration of security technologies - Assisting in disaster recovery in the event of security breaches, attacks, intrusions, or unauthorized activity - Providing solutions for RFPs received from clients and ensuring overall design assurance In addition, you will be involved in: - Managing the portfolio of cyber risk security solutions to align with business outcome objectives - Collaborating with stakeholders to set a design framework and architecture based on technology environment, enterprise specifics, and client requirements - Creating complete RFPs based on client needs, standards, and technology stacks - Providing technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using modern technology - Defining current and target state solutions, recommending investment roadmaps, and integrating solutions with the overall technology ecosystem - Staying updated on industry trends and relating them to current and future IT needs Furthermore, you will be responsible for: - Coordinating with stakeholders on cyber security issues and providing timely support and future recommendations - Maintaining an information security risk register and assisting in internal and external audits related to information security - Ensuring security best practices and principles are implemented across the organization to meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements - Conducting cyber security awareness training for team members and customers on issues like spam and malicious emails Performance Parameters Your performance will be measured based on: 1. Customer centricity, including timely security breach solutions, customer experience, educating stakeholders, and suggesting right controls 2. Contribution to customer projects Quality, SLA, ETA, no. of tickets resolved, problem solved, # of change requests implemented, zero customer escalation, CSAT 2. Automation Process optimization, reduction in process/ steps, reduction in no. of tickets raised 3. Skill upgradation # of trainings & certifications completed, # of papers, articles written in a quarter Mandatory Skills: GRC Consulting.
