Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Grayzo Official located in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about products and services. The role will also involve maintaining customer records and achieving sales targets through effective communication. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively Experience in sales or customer service roles Proficiency in relevant computer applications Goal-oriented and self-motivated Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
