We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of solid experience in logistics, preferably within an international trading company or shipping company. This role requires a deep understanding of documentation for international exports, strong domestic/export logistics knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver with experience in costing and process analysis, and able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization, external suppliers, and customers. Key Responsibilities: Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation for international exports is accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner. Logistics Coordination: Manage and coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Well aware of Incoterms. Costing and Analysis: Conduct costing and process analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any logistics issues that arise, using creative problem-solving skills to find effective solutions. Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure the best possible terms and rates. Shift Flexibility: Be flexible and willing to work night shifts as needed to meet the demands of the business. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP software and integration with logistics operations. Additional language skills. Key Competencies: Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and logistics coordination. Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Analytical Thinking: Analyzing processes and costs to identify improvement opportunities. Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining professional relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Problem-Solving: Creatively resolving logistics challenges.
