Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing, mid-to-senior career professional to lead our sales growth and strategic market expansion in India and neighbouring markets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, adaptable, and tech-savvy leader with proven success in MedTech or pharmaceutical sales and marketing. This role demands a strategic thinker with the gravitas to influence hospital CEOs, government officials, and key opinion leaders, combined with the agility to drive on-the-ground sales execution. Frequent travel will be required to build lasting relationships and ensure market adoption of our products. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for priority medical devices in India and neighbouring countries. Build and maintain high-value relationships with hospital administrators, C-suite executives, clinicians, government agencies, and KOLs to drive adoption and advocacy. Lead and support flawless product launches, ensuring rapid adoption and sustained growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, clinical, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions for key accounts. Organize impactful events such as scientific symposia, innovation days, and congress activities to strengthen brand presence. Provide expert-level product knowledge, clinical data support, and market insights to sales teams and customers. Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to adapt strategy and identify new growth opportunities. Leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and market research to track sales performance, forecast demand, and optimize territory coverage. Represent Gurome Health with professionalism at conferences, trade shows, and high-level meetings. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Experience: 5+ years of proven success in MedTech or pharmaceutical sales and marketing (highly preferred in the field of stroke and neurosurgery and interventional radiology), with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals. Significant experience engaging senior healthcare stakeholders, including hospital CEOs and government bodies. Regional market expertise in India is strongly preferred. Skills & Attributes: Constant learning mindset with a passion for healthcare innovation. Strategic leadership combined with hands-on execution ability. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. High energy, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced, evolving markets. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics, and digital tools. Comfortable with frequent field travel (60–70%).
