This role is designed for candidates who may not have prior sales experience but are willing to be trained, coached, and developed into high-performing professionals. Key Responsibilities Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and value propositions. Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, events, and digital channels. Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and parents/students. Support the senior sales team in executing marketing and sales campaigns. Participate in sales training sessions and apply learned techniques to real-world scenarios. Collect feedback from prospects to improve sales pitches and conversion rates. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets after training and ramp-up period. What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (any two preferred). Confident, approachable, and good at building rapport. Quick learner with a positive attitude and growth mindset. Willingness to work in the field and travel locally as required. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred).
