Job Description: You are being hired for International Customer Service + Sales (Inbound Voice Process) role, where your primary responsibility will be to engage in inbound calling with the aim of providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing wireline residential customers by offering telecommunications products and services. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, recommending suitable product selections, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to utilize a solution-based selling approach to address customer objections effectively through active listening, understanding, probing, and making appropriate recommendations. Additionally, you will need to navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently while interacting with customers, process customers" orders accurately, and complete them on time. Participation in continuous training sessions and sharing best practices will also be a part of your responsibilities. Desired Candidate Profile: - Qualification required is 10 + 2 or Any Graduate. - Fresh graduates with proficient English communication skills who are keen on kickstarting their career in international sales are encouraged to apply. - Both fresh graduates and experienced individuals (in BPO sales) can apply. - Excellent communication skills in English are a must. - Ability to work comfortably in night shifts is necessary.
