Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements for own and sub contractors employees including all returns, records, registers, (periodically-monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annually) Factory Labour compliance, Union Handling, ESIC, PF, Contract Labour, Minimum Wages, Industrial dispute, Gratuity, Accidental Cases, Bonus, OHS, QMS, WC, LWF etc. Experience of filing returns and hands on expertise is managing Contract Labour ( Sound Knowledge of CLRA) Lead grievance handling and IR activities for various projects across Pan India Manage contract labor relationships-Preparation, monitoring and cost-taking for contractor billing and supportive documents and analyzing Provide guidance on regional HR & IR matters. Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders for all project and sites matters. Investigating and resolving complex on critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner which includes domestic enquirers and all labour court related cases, client and govt. notices. Collating and analyzing employees minimum wages, amendments, feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes. Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and compliance management, ideally in a similar industry or corporate setting. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of statutory laws, including EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, and income tax, along with the ability to ensure adherence to these regulations. Technical Skills: Experience with payroll systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or HRMS tools), proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with automation tools for payroll management. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a strong ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts to employees in simple terms.
