Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in payroll processing, specifically Indian payroll, for a large workforce (600+ employees). Strong knowledge of statutory compliances including Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, and other labor laws. Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Spine, etc.) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent understanding of payroll-related taxation and statutory deductions. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field. 7-15 years of relevant experience in HR payroll management, specifically in Indian payroll processing. In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
