Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and basic understanding of international labor compliance standards. Experience managing compliance for large clients and multi-location operations. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Proficient in compliance software/tools, MS Excel, and report generation. Preferred: Experience working with staffing companies or HR outsourcing firms. Exposure to international markets and global compliance protocols. Certifications like SHRM, PHR, or labor law diplomas are a plus.

Role & responsibilities - Ensuring Timely compliance with all the relevant legislations across the board which include compliance with Labour Laws, the Factory Act, the Employees Provident Fund, ESI, Profession Tax, POBA, and Gratuity Act, etc. Payroll management and the necessary compliance thereof Ensuring that we meet all standards required for external audits Reporting to management on proposed improvements and impending legislative changes Training and induction of employees on various policies and procedures.
