Description We are seeking an experienced Desk Expeditor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, with a strong focus on inventory control and departmental coordination. Responsibilities Coordinate the flow of information and materials between departments to ensure timely and efficient operations. Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock. Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to resolve any issues that may arise. Prepare and analyze reports related to desk operations and inventory management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
