About the Role GIAN is looking for an Innovation Manager with an M.Tech in Energy or a related field to lead clean energy innovations. Key Responsibilities Scout, evaluate, and mentor energy and sustainability-focused innovations. Provide technical inputs for pilots, prototypes, and scale-up. Manage due diligence, compliance, and documentation for GIAN’s building project. Coordinate with innovators, consultants, and partners across academia, industry, and government. Support proposal writing, CSR engagement, and resource mobilization. Conduct workshops, awareness programs, and campaigns on energy and sustainability. Qualifications M.Tech in Energy, Renewable Energy, or related field. Strong knowledge of clean energy technologies and sustainability practices. Experience in project management, documentation, and regulatory processes. Good communication and coordination skills.
