We operate 5 Business Practices: - Consumer & Retail - Technology enabled Businesses - Hospitality & Service Industries - Industrial & Infrastructure - Manufacturing & Automotive JOB SPECIFICATIONS Role: Partner Number of Roles: 2 Reporting Structure: Principal Partner Office Location: South Delhi Background: Experience in Executive Search will be a strong preference. Experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition will also work well. Experience Range: 15 - 20 years of total experience. BRIEF SUMMARY 1) The agenda to on-board a Partner is to further Grassik’s penetration across the industry sectors identified as part of the Practice. The incumbent will gather in-depth knowledge of the industries being managed and penetrate those by engaging with clients and senior executives of the industry across major cities in India. 2) He / She will continuously identify up and coming opportunities within the relevant sectors in India and swiftly initiate engagement with such organisations in order to attract Upper Mid management and Leadership level talent mandates. 3) The need is for a Business Leader, one who will lead and successfully scale up a Business vertical. For all practical purposes, work as the CEO of the Practice akin to an entrepreneur building a business. 4) Strong people management skills, a Solutions-oriented mindset along with highest levels of integrity are key determinants for the incumbent. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS · Creating a clear Business Plan with Timelines and Action Points and ensuring consistent growth Year on Year. · Fully Accountable and Responsible for the P&L of the sub-sector being managed. · Open and willing to travel across major Corporate Hubs in India to engage with Clients (New and Existing) by visiting them and building a strong network. (3-4 times a year) · Business Acquisition: Proven capability towards strategic Client Acquisition (Or Willingness to learn and acquire the skill). While, it is commonplace in Grassik to receive clients by referrals, the ability to strategically engage with new clients on a regular basis will remain one of the priority KRAs for the PH. · Work with the management and Internal TA to build a highly adept team · Foster client retention through excellent relationship management and outstanding service delivery by meeting existing clients throughout the year maintaining a calendar based schedule. · Stay current with emerging technologies and leverage Generative AI platforms to drive operational efficiencies. · Execute Senior and Leadership level talent Searches independently. · Ability to lead a team and ensuring it works as a cohesive unit and not as a group of individuals. People Management is not just a KRA for a Leader in Grassik, but an invaluable part of Grassik’s culture. · Keeping abreast of the latest updates on Industry news and trends. · Attending key industry seminars and events. The incumbent must possess a Solutions oriented mindset and be proactive in asking for assistance swiftly. - Strong Communication Skills: The ability to express oneself clearly, in a way that one is understood well. This profession requires strong verbal and written communication skills at all times as a large part of our work involves engaging and interacting with Clients and candidates.
