We are looking for a US NFP/EBP Audit Associate with at least 2 years of experience in US Audit to join our team in Indore, Ahmedabad or Vadodara . This role focuses on auditing nonprofit organizations, particularly grant testing, to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial statements, internal controls, and a passion for serving the nonprofit sector. Key Responsibilities Conduct audits of grant expenditures for compliance with federal and state regulations Review financial statements and reporting practices of nonprofit organizations Test internal controls related to grant management and reporting Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders Collaborate with nonprofit organizations to address financial deficiencies and recommend improvements Stay updated on current regulations, best practices, and trends in nonprofit auditing Support training and development efforts related to grant compliance for nonprofit staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 3 years of auditing experience , preferably in the nonprofit sector Strong understanding of grant management regulations and compliance requirements Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment
