An interest in the facades/cladding market. A desire to understand the impact of faade systems on the structure and environmental performance of buildings. An interest in environmental aspects of faade design, including thermal performance, daylight, and solar control. In-depth technical and design skills related to building envelope design and detailing, construction techniques, procurement routes and risk assessment Ability to maintain personal effectiveness particularly during periods of higher-than-normal workload Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD design software (e.g. Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper). Proficiency in Faade Embodied Carbon Assessment will be an added advantage. Position Overview We are seeking a talented CAD Automation Sr. Engineer/Lead to join our dynamic team as an individual contributor . In this role, you will work closely with the CAD project team, Software Development and Generative AI teams, clients, and other stakeholders to develop and integrate seamless automation solutions that enhance design processes and improve project outcomes. This position will be primarily focused on two key areas: 60% as a Business Analyst and Solution Architect 40% as an Individual Contributor developing scripts and RPA Key Responsibilities Collaboration Engage with CAD project teams to understand workflow requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
