The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients, creating customized travel itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences Design and promote travel packages (domestic & international) Handle bookings for flights, hotels, activities, transport, and tours Provide accurate travel information, visa requirements, and travel advisories Build and maintain client relationships with excellent service Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry changes Manage travel software/tools and ensure accurate documentation Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Tourism/Travel background preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.) Ability to work independently and under pressure Knowledge of GDS/booking platforms is an advantage Passion for travel and customer service Why Join Us?
