Graphics & UI/UX Designer

As a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer at SynthWeb, you will be joining the on-site team on a full-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or junior designers with up to 3 years of experience who are enthusiastic about working on real-world digital projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - **UI/UX Design (Web and Mobile):** - Design intuitive, responsive interfaces for websites and mobile applications. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools. - Collaborate with developers to ensure a smooth design-to-code handoff. - **Design Support for Web Projects:** - Provide high-quality visual assets including banners, icons, SVGs, and illustrations. - Maintain consistency across all design elements used in development. - **Social Media & Marketing Graphics:** - Design compelling graphics for social media posts, campaigns, digital ads, and emailers. - Contribute fresh visual ideas to help enhance SynthWeb's digital presence. - **Use of AI & Multimedia Tools:** - Leverage AI-based design tools to speed up workflows or create concept variations. - Perform basic video editing and motion design for reels, explainers, or simple animations when needed. **Preferred Tools & Skills:** - Figma - Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator - Canva - Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects - Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Runway ML, etc.) - Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy. If you are a fresher or designer with up to 1 year of professional experience, a recent design graduate or student ready for a full-time role, and available to work on-site at SynthWeb's Guwahati office, we encourage you to apply.
