Develop brand-consistent visual assets for marketing campaigns, product packaging, advertisements, and social media. Collaboration 1. Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design requirements. 2. Collaborate with printers, photographers, and other external vendors for project execution. Project Management 1. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 2. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications. Technical Proficiency 1. Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva) to create professional designs. 2. Prepare final artwork for production and ensure high-quality output. Innovation & Trends 1. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques. 2. Suggest creative ideas to enhance visual communication and brand appeal. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a designer or in a similar role. 3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work. 4. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools. 5.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 6.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
