About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The role involves creating visually appealing designs for e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on homepage layouts, banner creatives, and brand-consistent visual communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate brand tonality into impactful design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and visualize homepage layouts for e-commerce websites (both mobile and desktop versions).
• Create website banners including:
• Hero banners (desktop & mobile)
• Category promo banners
• Infographic banners for product storytelling
• Develop creative assets aligned with brand tonality and user engagement goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to produce designs for campaigns, promotions, and new launches.
• Maintain consistency in design across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and e-commerce visual best practices.

Tools & Skills Required

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to create responsive designs for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce/web design projects (bonus if similar to our assignment brief).
• Excellent time management and ability to deliver within tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Design, or Visual Arts from NIFT, Pearl Academy, JD Institute, or equivalent reputed institutes.
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
