Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for our brand, turning complex ideas into high-impact visuals. You’ll work across multiple mediums—from digital marketing assets and social media content to print collateral and brand identity.

The ideal candidate has a "design-first" mindset, stays ahead of industry trends, and thrives in a collaborative environment where feedback is used to fuel better results.

What You’ll Do

• Create & Execute: Design high-quality assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all visuals remain consistent with our brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate project briefs into visual realities.
• Iterate: Take constructive feedback and data-driven insights to refine designs for better performance.
• Production: Prepare final files for both digital and print production, ensuring technical specs are met.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a clean aesthetic, typography skills, and diverse project types.
• Communication: Ability to explain the "why" behind your design choices.
• Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience in photography or illustration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
